When you create an account, we collect basic profile details: your name, email address, brokerage, and phone number. When you connect other tools (your CRM, Google Search Console, email provider), we collect the data needed to power those integrations.
When your clients and leads interact with your Nexorra website, forms, or messages, we collect the information they provide so you can respond to them: names, emails, phone numbers, and the details of their inquiry.
We also collect basic usage data, such as which features you use and how often, so we can keep the product reliable and improve it over time.
We use your information to run your account: to power Alex, score and route your leads, generate your website and content, and send you the reports and notifications you've asked for.
We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how the product is used and to decide what to build next. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your client notes, emails, or pipeline data to train shared or public AI models.
We may email you about your account, billing, security, or product updates. You can opt out of non essential messages at any time from your account settings.
We share information with the service providers that power Nexorra, such as our hosting, email, payment, and AI infrastructure partners, only as needed to deliver the product to you. Each of these partners is bound by its own confidentiality and data protection commitments.
We do not share or sell your personal information, your clients' information, or your business data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nexorra, our customers, or the public.
Your account data lives in an isolated workspace. We use industry standard encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, and ongoing monitoring to keep your information safe.
No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly and tell you what we're doing about it.
You can review, update, or export most of your account information directly from your settings. If you'd like a full export of your data, or want us to delete your account and associated data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We'll honor valid requests under those laws regardless of where you're located.
